Peroject:
Provision of Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Environmental and Social Impacts Assessment (ESIA), Detail Engineering Designs, Preparation of Tender Documents and Supervision of Works Contract for Water Supply Systems for Buhongwa, Buswelu, Kisesa and Usagara in Mwanza City and Neighbouring Areas.
The Expert shall
• Have at least a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources,
• Have been Registered with Professional Registration Board as a Professional Engineer,
• Have fifteen (15) years of general working experience,
• Have ten (10) out fifteen (15) years served as a Project Manager or Team Leader on similar assignments
Responsibilities:
• Mobilisation of Consultant Team and other items/facilities required for smooth execution of the assignment,
• Project Logistics,
• Kick-off Meeting,
• Data Collection,
• Check Land Availability,
• Check Pipeline Alignment,
• Preparation of MPR, Inception Report, Feasibility Report,
• Coordination of Experts,
• Day-to-day Liaison with PMU,
• Supporting the PMU during procurement of Contractor (i.e. during tendering process),
